    Shipments in Europe are made from our warehouse in Ireland. Shipments in North and South America are made from our US warehouse. Shipments to Australia, New Zealand and Asia are made from our Singapore warehouse.

    When ordering from the Hauppauge Digital Europe webstore, VAT is included for shipments made within the EU. The current VAT rate is 23%

    For shipments outside of the EU, customs and import duties may be applied when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. You can contact the Hauppauge sales department and we will help to determine an estimate of customs duties which will be applied when you receive your order.

  • Return Policy

  • Can I return an item I purchased?

    Hauppauge has a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. You may return any product purchased on the Hauppauge web store for any reason within 30 days. Shipping charges are not refundable.

    For a return, please contact our sales department at: sales@hauppauge.com and we will give you an RMA number for your return. Credit card and PayPal refunds are normally given 1 to 3 days after we receive your return.

    How long does it take to see a return on my credit card?

    Usually in about 2-3 weeks, you will see the return on your credit card. Most refunds are fully refunded in 1-3 days after we receive and process your return.
